Villa La Verde has been attractively designed with high class living very much in mind. The accommodation is arranged on two levels, including off road parking. We are situated in a peaceful location within the popular Polaris World La Torre 5*Golf Resort. Our townhouse has two air-conditioned double bedrooms and two bathrooms on each level and can sleep and accommodate 4 persons in luxurious surroundings.
Our townhouse also greatly benefits from having bathrooms on each level, built-in wardrobes, ceiling fans, gas central heating and full remote controlled air conditioning in all rooms. Air conditioning is an essential requirement for Spain if you are to get a “good night” sleep in the hot and humid summer months.
Villa La Verde lay out consists of an entry hallway leading into an open plan lounge and dining area, with seating for 6 persons. Leading off the lounge area is a breakfast bar and equipped kitchen, ideal for self catering. Large patio doors lead from the lounge to our outside lower terrace complete with ceiling fans. We have installed a large screen TV with surround sound, U.K cable channels, DVD player, radio and telephone. All our guests also have the free use of our home computer-printer. Internet High Speed connection can be arranged for guests at extra charge.
Sleeping accommodation consists of two bedrooms both beautifully furnished. One bedroom has 2 single beds, the other master bedroom has a king size bed. Each bedroom has matching furniture, coordinated, curtains and bedding. The master bedroom upstairs has its own bathroom, TV and DVD player and separate dressing area. Patio doors lead out to the secluded large south facing solarium roof terrace. Both of our terraces are suitable for outside Al Fresco dining or sunbathing. We have provided good selection of quality exterior dining furniture and sun loungers for guest use.
