Our luxury villa is extremely well located for all the attractions of the Orlando area. It is situated in a quiet community set back from the US-27, less than one mile from the junction of the Interstate 4 which is the gateway to all the excitement the area has to offer.
The bright air-conditioned accommodation sleeps up to 8 people and comprises 2 master bedrooms with queen beds (each room with ensuite, cable TV and DVD player), one twin bedroom, one further double bedroom, and a third bathroom.
The comfortable lounge has two large sofas for relaxing after a busy day at the parks, cable TV, DVD player, CD player, and a selection of DVDs and CDs. There is a separate dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, including laundry facilities with a full size washer and a dryer.
Outside is the 28 feet long screened pool with a spacious pool deck, including a covered lanai area to shade you from the sun (should it become too much for you!). On the pool deck you will find a large gas BBQ and plenty of pool furniture on which to relax.
Our excellent management company will clean the home prior to your arrival and again after departure. All linen and towels are provided, and cots and highchairs are available on request (free of charge).
We ourselves stay in this villa when in Florida therefore it is well maintained and spotlessly clean. We are sure you will not be disappointed with this accommodation!
