This 2nd floor south facing apartment enjoys fantastic panoramic seaviews overlooking both Calahonda and Riviera del sol resorts.
The apartment is equipped with everything you may need to help you get the best out of your self-catering holiday, although should you decide to dine out there is a good selection of restaurants to suit all tastes only a five minute drive away.
This air conditioned apartment is conveniently located in order to enjoy the many activities that this area of the Costa del sol has to offer. At least six lovely beaches are within 5-15 mins drive and the picturesque marinas of Benalmadena and Puerto Banus are 20-25 mins drive away.
There is a generously sized corner balcony with attractive Spanish terracotta tiled flooring where you can sit and relax with a cool drink after a hard day on the beach or golf course. (Although this is a non-smoking apartment smoking is allowed outside on the balcony)
There are two communal pools (toilets and showers by the pool) in spacious gardens in this gated community, and this apartment also offers a secured underground parking bay.
There is a lift down to the pool area/gardens/parking or if you prefer obviously there are stairs.
