Description

Set in a gated community, with secure access via a digital fob and with private parking, this is essentially a two bedroom apartment (one bedroom is retained for the owner's use when the property is not rented out) in a perfect location, right in the heart of Estepona port and walking distance to a range of beaches/beach bars and the old town of Estepona.
The apartment has just recently come available to holiday lettings, and the price reflects a significant saving for clients wanting clean and comfortable accommodation in a superb location. The kitchen has been re-equipped and has a ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave. The en-suite bedroom is very spacious and overlooks the dining room with views out to the marina. There is new fitted en-suite with a state of the art shower, which has a variety of differently positioned water jets. The lounge has a TV and DVD player, however the satellite which previously broadcast UK TV stations has been switched off so there are just a handful of English language TV stations, e.g. Sky news, and some stations showing re-runs of documentaries and comedies. Free wifi is widely available at several bars and cafes in the port, so it is possible to download programmes if you have an ipad or similar and watch them later in the apartment.
Panoramic views over the port and from the port across to Gibraltar and the mountains of North Africa make this a very special location, and with the range of activities in the surrounding areas, there is sure to be something to meet everyone's needs. Estepona port has many bars and restaurants, as well as the largest working fishing fleet west of Malaga, and the old town of Estepona retains it's authentic Spanish atmosphere. Puerto Banus is a 20 min drive away, with Marbella just a few miles further along. In the opposite direction, Sotogrande is lining up to be the next big "designer shopping" location and Gibraltar continues to attract visitors who came in search of duty free bargains and an opportunity to experience the culture of this unique area. The white villages around Estepona continue to provide a wonderful opportunity to experience real Spanish hospitality and authentic food and drinks first hand.
