Calasparra is about 45K north west of Murcia city, the capital of the region of Murcia. It is accessible via Alicante and Murcia San Javier Airports. Driving time to this area is just over 1 hour on 3 main roads.This region is called 'The Lake District of South Eastern Spain' due to the varied landscape of reservoirs, rivers, majestic mountains, rice fields and vineyards. Murcia recieves the most sunshine per year in Spain and has a typical Mediterranean climate with hot summers and mild winters.
Mountains and pine forests surround the apartment.
The apartment, which is on a gated community has 2 twin bedrooms,sleeping 4 people. There is a lounge/diner, bathroom,galley kitchen,utility area and a large south facing roof solarium where stunning views of the mountains can be seen. The private solarium is accessed via the inside of the apartment. There is use of a shared swimming pool,also children's swimming pool, bowling green and gardens.
Facilities include:
Air conditioning,DVD Player,TV,Satellite TV,kettle,toaster,iron,hair dryer,clothes dryer,cooker,fridge,freezer.
There is a twice weekly cleaning service included in the cost.
Linen and towels are provided. Beach towels are not provided.
As the owners live only a 5 minute walk away personnal attention is guaranteed.
