Casa Xeric is a contemporary open plan, detached, 3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom house with private pool located in Cala Montgo, a small bay on the southern side of LŽEscala. The garden and private pool have a south west orientation making the house bright all day long right up until sunset. It is only a short walk (350M) to the sandy beach of Cala Montgo. The house is split over two floors, with the entrance hall, garage, bedrooms 2 & 3 and main bathroom (containing a walk in shower) on the ground floor. A Spiral staircase lead down to the lower ground floor, master bedroom with en-suite and open-plan split level lounge, kitchen, diner. Patio doors give access to the swimming pool and terraces. Down further outdoor steps leads to the rest of the garden and pathway leading towards the beach.

Rental Notes
During Peak Season July and August only Saturday to Saturday 7 night stays can be accepted. Bedding and towels are charged at 10 per person per week. Weekend stays / rates are available outside peak times upon request.
Booking deposit - 20%
Balance to be paid - 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Refundable security deposit - 200Euros
Final Cleaning charge - 60Euros
