Rental Notes
Special offer: The prices above are per week but we can offer a 10% discount on the weekly price for each week after the first week. An example a 2 week booking in May would be £125 for the first week and £112.50 for the second bringing the total cost to only £237.50
The prices include air-conditioning, water, electric, fresh towels and bed linen.
We also ask for a £75.00 per booking refundable breakages deposit to be paid at the time of paying the final balance, this £75.00 will be refunded once our property management company inspect the apartment and check the contents against an inventory and confirm to us that the apartment has been left in good state.
