Rental Notes
Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing. Prices do not include cots and/or highcharis for infants (these should be requested at the time of booking and are subject to availability and payment of the appropriate charges). Stays which cover two price periods will be charged pro rata based on the number of days in each price period.
Prices are based on four sharingl. A charge of £10.00 per week, per guest will be charged for additional guests.
Payment can be made either by U.K. bank/building society cheque (if booking more than 21 days prior to departure) or via Paypal, for which there will be a 4% transaction charge.
Arrangements can be made for price to be quoted in Euros and payment made in Euros directly to Spanish bank account.
Booking deposit - 50%
Balance to be paid - 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Refundable security deposit - 150GBP
