This is a modern 2 bed apartment with wifi. It is in excellent condition and is equipped to the highest standard.It has a very large terrace over looking the communal pool and the mountains. which has sun loungers and dining furniture. There is a communal roof terrace that has lovely views of the sea and mountains. There is air conditioning. Smart flat screen TV with freestat. A variety of paper backs that you are welcome to use. In the kitchen there is a range of appliances which include washing machine, full cooker, very large fridge/freezer microwave oven toaster iron and ironing board etc. The largest bedroom has a king size bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers. The smaller bedroom has bunk beds, bedside table and wardrobe. The modern bathroom has a large double shower. The apartment block is only 2 floors,the apartment is on the ground floor and has a lift that goes up to the communal roof solarium or down to the garage where there is a parking bay. There is a kidney shaped communal pool that does not contain chlorine. The beach is 5 mins walk away and lovely palm trees walk with bars and restaurants which brings you through to the port. The beach is one of the nicest in the region and as a result attracts people from as far as Madrid and Seville. The Costa Calida is one of the healthiest places to live and even in the winter months can be warm enough to sunbathe. Puerto de Mazarron is a very inexpensive place to holiday. The apartment is situated close to supermarkets and excellent tapas bars. There is a gigantic outdoor market on Sundays in the port and well worth a visit. The port is a very relaxed environment but there is lots of entertainment there too, mainly in the high season. The nearest airport is San Javier known as Murcia airport and is 45 minutes away and Alicante is 1.5 hours away. Cheap flights can be found from Southampton Bournemouth or all London airports. Car hire from the airports is approx. 10 euros per day although a car is not need once in the Port.
