The apartment fully furnished and equipped to a high standard and has one double bedroom and a double sofabed in the living area, (sleeps up to 4 people). The apartment benefits from air-conditioning or central heated depending on the season. There is also a TV and DVD player. The terrace has a table and chairs and sun loungers for lounging or dining. The residential amenities consist of 3 Swimming Pools which includes a childrens pool. A poolside bar / restaurant serves local dishes and tapas. A seasonal shop provides essential items.

Peniscola is situated on the Costa del Azahar known as the 'Orange Blossom Coast'. Peñíscola town centre is approximately 1km away and is within walking distance. A local bus service operates during the Easter & Summer season.
Two wonderful, clean, sandy, 'blue flag' beaches are close by to enjoy swimming and sunbathing. For the more energetic, pedaloes and jet skis can be hired in the high season.
The historic old town of Peniscola and castle is situated situated 1km from the apartment, with narrow cobbled streets and an atmosphere of medieval Spain.
The working harbour provides interest and much of the daily fish and seafood is used in the local restaurants and can be purchased at the Port directly off the boats as they return from their daily fishing trips. Also fishing trips and scenic boat trips operate from here.
Peñíscola has many interesting shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. Evenings can be spent walking along the promenade taking in the local sights and sounds, and visiting the flea market at the bottom of the castle walls.
The Serra de Irta National Park has a spectacular coastline popular for walkers and cyclists or swimming in the crystal clear sea.

•Ulldecona reservoir – Tinença de Benifessà approximately 55 km from Peniscola. The reservoir is an area of great natural beauty which is ideal for walking, hiking, cycling, fishing, swimming and bird and wildlife watching. Cave paintings in the Polvorí Cave are located just next to the reservoirs dam. In the surrounding area, The Monastery of St. Mary in Benifassà (XIII century) and almost uninhabited Medieval settlements (such as el Boixar, Fredes, and Bellestar) can be found.

You will be met on your arrival to Peniscola and taken to your apartment and shown the facilities as well as given the keys etc.
You will also be met on your departure to return keys, deposit, etc.
Arrivals after 23:00 or departures before 8:30 will be charged an additional 15 Eur per hour or any part of.
Standard changeover days: Any Day.
Departure by 10:30 am, arrival after 3:00 pm, however, we are happy to negotiate changeover days and times depending on your requested period of stay and availability.
Extra bed linen and towels will be supplied free of charge, after a week, for those staying more than 10 days.
Cleaning of the apartment after departure is included in the rental price. If you require services, such as, additional cleaning and changing of beds then a fee can be agreed on request.
HOW TO PAY:
A non refundable deposit of £150 or 150 EUR of the full rental charge is payable to reserve the Holiday Apartment.
The dates of your holiday will then be featured on our Online Calendar for you to view and an Information Pack will be sent which includes details of your Holiday Apartment, Surrounding Area, Travel Directions and Contact Details.
The remaining balance is required in full to secure the booking 8 weeks in advance of booked holiday unless agreed otherwise.
A supplement of 25 Eur for each extra person, if more than 2 people stay.
