One of nine detached houses beside a communal swimming pool, our three bedroomed house overlooks vineyards and olive groves and is only minutes from all amenities, shops, restaurants, beaches and a nine-hole golf course.
The upper level of the house comprises lounge/dining room with kitchen area, two double bedrooms, bathroom fitted with both bath & shower and a patio area. Although small, the fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric oven and combined hob and comfortably meets the needs of 4-6 people.
Stairs lead from the patio to the paved garden and lower level where there is a sitting room, shower room & toilet, and a double bedroom. There is also a utilities room with a washing machine and the paved garden has an outdoor shower and barbeque and, of course, plenty of sun!
The house is tiled throughout and to the front there is parking for one car. Situated at the end of the line of houses, you will find the 12 x 8 "sun-trap" swimming pool - an excellent spot to watch the sunset! It is unheated and does not have a lifeguard so children should be supervised at all times.
Towels, linen and cleaning charges are included in the rental but we do ask that the property is left tidy, all rubbish removed and any breakages noted.
In our Moraira home you will be able to live life as the Spanish do ................ slowly!

Prices include reasonable gas, electricity and linen for six beds, including hand, bath and beach towels.
In addition we recommend the purchase of holiday insurance to cover cancellation and illness.
Booking deposit - 10%
Balance to be paid - 6 weeks prior to arrival.
