The apartment is in a 5 star private complex. There is constant 24 hour manned security vigil ensuring constant privacy and safety. The complex rests within acres of manicured gardens with water features and waterfalls adding an air escapism and relaxation. The apartment complex has 2 private 24 hour accessible gyms, 4 saunas, two outdoor swimming pools and one indoor swimming pool. There is also a table tennis and pool table available as well. The apartment is built on the beach front one can enjoy hours of walking to both the Estepona direction or towards the busier destination of Puerto Banus.

A marble tiled spacious living come dining room, with dining space for 8 people, extending to a seating area again enjoying front line beachfront views with Bang and Olufsen music and tv and dvd system. Further extending to a second outside living area.

There is ample outside living space with both a further sheltered dining and living area with their own private garden, the terrace extends further to provide an area to lounge in the sun.

The apartment is located on the ground floor the complex enjoys 24 hour manned security and is very wheelchair accessible complex, the grounds are fully paved to all areas allowing mobility throughout. The apartment is located in a hub of 4 private gated apartment complexes which can enjoy amenities within their urbanisation including a 4 star restaurant, beauty salon, taxi rank and convenience store and cafe.

Notes on accommodation,
The apartment is fully air conditioned and has under floor heating for the colder months. Located on the ground floor with its own private garden area the apartment is suitable to both the young and old. With its luxury and panoramic views one is sure to enjoy every minute of their stay.

All linen and towels are provided, the property is cleaned at the end of your stay. Check out time of 12:30pm on day of departure.

All details (number of people, names, DOB etc) supplied by the rental party on the booking form must be correct. If not they will constitute as a break of contract.

Prices include electricity and water.
50% deposit to secure the booking and the remaining 50% is due 8 weeks before arrival.
€250 deposit is taken at time of booking and is non-refundable regardless of cancellation notice. Check out time of 12:30 pm. Check in time of 3pm at busy periods.
