The light open plan great room has comfortable sofas and chairs, dining for six & a separate relaxing nook area. High speed WiFi, 46' cable TV, CD & DVD player. There is a study den which has a sofa and desk with WiFi, cable TV, DVD & CD player.
The modern kitchen has cooker, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, ice making fridge-freezer, dishwasher, pots, utensils, pool crockery and glasses. The laundry room has washing machine, tumble dryer & iron. Garage is remote opening.
Provided for guests to use are 4 adult bikes, tennis rackets, golf clubs, fishing rods, bait box, pool toys, beach coolers, sun umbrella, beach chairs & beach towels.
