Es Migjorn is a wonderful modern family villa within 5 minutes walking distance of the centre of Cala D'or and close to all its amenities and that offers every comfort for a perfect family holiday.
Migjorn is located in a very exclusive residential area. The villa is reached through security gates and into a small parking area. Designed by a renowned Mallorcan Architect the use of modern tiling, lighting and design collectively create a first class villa that is comfortable at all times of day throughout the year. Large expanses of glass and the open plan design make the internal areas light and spacious. There is a large impressive entrance, formal dining area, comfortably furnished air-conditioned lounge with contemporary seating, feature fireplace, large digital satellite TV (Sky Freeview channels) and DVD.
A breakfast bar splits the superbly fitted kitchen from the dining room and the kitchen boasts the most modern units with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and large American style fridge/freezer with ice making facility. Patio doors lead out from the lounge, dining and kitchen area to the wonderful dining terrace overlooking the pool. An inner hall then leads from the kitchen to a cloakroom with shower and WC and a laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer.
A marble staircase leads up to the first floor and the three air-conditioned double-bedded rooms. Here the floors are laid in elegant mahogany and the first double bedroom faces the front and has patio doors onto a large well-furnished terrace with views of the marina in the distance. The second double also has patio doors to one side onto the same terrace, but also has sliding patio doors on the opposite side of the room, which overlooks the rear pool and gardens.
The landing then leads to the fabulous family bathroom, which boasts bath/shower, bidet, WC and modern style vanity units. The master bedroom suite is located at the end of this landing and has king-size bed, patio doors onto a well furnished terrace overlooking the marina in the distance and a lovely modern shower room with walk-in shower and WC.
The villa is air-conditioned throughout for your added benefit.
Es Migjorn offers the very best in outside living and no expense has been spared to make the most of the living/dining experience. A terrace runs along the full length of the house and here the most expensive all weather woven sun beds, dining table and chairs are to be found overlooking the pool. The 8 metre pool itself has shallow end for children and is surrounded by lawns and maturing gardens. The other houses to the rear are well screened for privacy and there is a portable barbecue for those meals al-fresco.
Es Migjorn will sleep 6 adults in beds and cots can be provided for younger children. An adjacent 4 bedroom villa can also be booked that will allow larger parties of up to 14 to book together.
