This villa is surrounded by 4 acres of private land and is situated 1 km below the pretty medieval village of Saint Martial and its artist community.
All year round, the villa is an ideal location to relax and enjoy nature.
Straight from the front door, there are paths and roads to go walking, trekking, mountain-biking, cycling as well as fishing or mushroom hunting.
In the spring and summer, there is canoeing near Ganges or the Gorges du Tarn.
In the winter, you can ski, snowboard or go sledging at the nearby Mont Aigoual.
Day trips will allow you to explore Montpellier, La Grande-Motte, Aigues-Mortes, Le Pont du Gard, Nimes, Avignon, Arles, Roquefort, Le Cirque de Navacelles and much more.
