Kings Cross is one of the most vibrant areas in the heart of London. It also has dramatic scenes in the landscape, with the Regent Canal running through with old pubs along its walk way route. The Kings Cross area has an array of interesting architecture modern and old –one of the finest being St Pancreas. The railway station itself is at the defining edge of modern architecture and style and embraces all the requirements of modern city living, with shopping malls, restaurants and to note a sophisticated Champagne bar on the mezzanine level. An array of restaurants and bars surround the area.The area is most notable for its transport links and the ease with which to travel and see the city in any which direction. All tube lines go through Kings Cross. Major rail lines connect through Kings Cross including direct link to Luton and Gatwick airports. The Euro train runs directly from Kings Cross to Paris and the destinations in between. The quirkiness if Kings Cross is that the Regents Canal runs through it. This is a 10 minute walk from the house towards Kings Cross station. Walk along the Canal West to Camden Town, Regents Park, Little Venice and all the way to Paddington basin. You can also catch a boat there from Camden. Stop by at the gastro pubs along the way. Walk East from Kings Cross on the canal path to Bethnal Green and the city pubs and bars. Continue along and you will be mesmerized by the Georgian and Regency architecture through Regents Park…and catch sight of one or two animals past London Zoo by the canal.
This is a brilliant central location with London's hotspot on the door step with easy access to all parts of London. The flat is located literally about 5 minutes taxi ride away (15mins walk down the road). It is also 10 minutes to Caledonian tube/ Kentish Town tube. It is in an Edwardian building (over 100 years old) and has a spacious garden. Perfect for 1 couple (Can sleep 2 couples by converting the lounge). Close to all amenities and late night travel and food shopping etc.

TO BOOK: A deposit of £150 is necessary to hold the flat (Paid via Paypal using my email or a bank transfer after the booking has been completed on this website). Paypal is a worldwide secure payment system used by businesses and travellers and protects the purchaser (Read information on their website). If you do not have a Paypal account, please log on to their website and read/open an account. It is very easy -just follow their instructions. My email is used to send funds via Paypal (MAKE SURE YOU SEND IT VIA 'SERVICES' OTHERWISE PAYPAL CHARGES A FEE WHICH I HAVE TO PASS ON TO YOU). (Alternatively you can also do this via a bank transfer). The deposit is held in the event of any damages or breakages, which is returned to you via the same method 24 hours after you leave when things have been checked. The rental amount can be paid via Paypal, bank transfer or in cash on arrival and being handed the key.
