* As the villa is furnished to a very high standard, a security deposit of 600 € is paid at arrival by cheque. If there is no reasons to cash it, within 10 days after the end of the rental period, the cheque will be destroyed and a picture of that will be sent to the client.
* On request, the villa capacity can be extended, at the rate of 35 £ per person and night

Balance to be paid - 2 months prior to arrival.
