Excellently located near the residents complex facilities and the Intercontinental Hotel. The villa has been furnished to a very high standard, with fabulous furniture, and fittings. Outside there is a large South Westerly facing private swimming pool, barbecue and comfortable seating area.
A 5 minute walk and you will be at the social centre where your children are able to play, swim and mix with other families.
The real selling point for this villa, is the unusually large plot and garden, finished with an exceptionally large pool 12 * 5m.
Villa Madrono benefits from two roof terraces, as well as lower level terrace and plenty of sun bathing space.
Although suitable for golfers there is also plenty of entertainment for the non-golfer, with Los Alcazares 7km away, this is a pretty typically Spanish unspoilt seaside town with attractive promenade. Torre Pacheco, a small town with a scatter of restaurants is a 3km stroll.

Entering the villa, you have a spacious kitchen with a breakfast area and seating for 3 (total inside dining for 6). This leads to the dining area, with table and seating for 6 and a lounging area with seating for 6. Patio doors lead from the lounging area onto the lower level terrace, with occasional table and seating for 6 and the pool area.
A double bedroom and shower room are also on this lower level.
