CASA HEREDIA

A beautiful & luxurious 3 Bed / 3 Ensuite property within the highly desireable urbanization of La Heredia, a short drive from Marbella.

All rooms offer significant space with high ceilings, wonderful finishings and beautifully terracotta tiled floors. Air-con throughout and underfloor heating for those few cold winter evenings - this property caters for tourists all year round.

The Master Suite has its own adjoining dressing room and private sun terrace along with a lavish bathroom. The two other bedrooms offer an equally luxurious experience along with sumptuous soft cotton bedding and tender-to-touch toweling and beach ware.

A fully equipped kitchen that can cater for light snacks or full formal dining with top-of-the-range gas hobs, electric oven, microwave, large fridge freezer and a built-in family dishwasher.

The utility room incorporates a modern washing machine and seperate dryer. Wi-Fi, PS3, TV and DVD provided. Iphone/pod docs in all bedrooms.

A WALK THROUGH THE HOUSE....
When you enter the house into the entrance hall you will find the first of the luxurious bedrooms along with ensuite. The coat stand on the left in the entrance hall is where you can leave your coats, hats and scarves for the duration of your stay, you will only need them when you depart our sun trap and return to reality………

From the entrance hall a tiled staircase leads you up to the dining room and living area with its high ceilings, beautifully tiled floors and clean white lines throughout, you will feel relaxed and within the lap of luxury.

The living room has 3 sets of solid oak patio doors leading out onto a wonderful and hugely spacious terrace. We have lived in Spain and we know that the vast majority of your time will be spent relaxing, reading, dining and sun bathing on this vast terrace with the most incredible panoramic vistas. To the left is the Mediterranean, Gibraltar in the distance and a wonderful backdrop of the African coastline and mountains.

Allow your eyes to pan a little to the right and just across the road you will see the golfing greens of Los Arqueros Golf Club rolling down towards the coast. Golfers will be happy as La Quinta Golf & Country Club is only 10 minutes down the road and many more within a few minutes drive.

A little further to the right and into the distance in front of you are the beautiful & majestic mountain ranges of Andalucía.

Below you is the Rhonda road that winds its way up past La Heredia and onwards into the mountains. We truly recommend a day trip up to the beautiful and historical town of Rhonda. It is a 45 minute drive through some of the most spectacular mountain scenes in Spain and you can’t go wrong once you stay on the Rhonda road. You should allow enough time for stopping off to enjoy the breathtaking views and to take some photos.

To the right of the terrace you will see the rest of the La Heredia Urbanization set into the hillside with its internationally renowned architecture & cobble stone streets & rustic houses, all designed by Antonio Martin. The terrace has 3 electric awnings to provide extra shade for those hot summer afternoons, a dining table, sun loungers and a suite of furniture for you to slump into and read your summer novel. Instead of using a railing to obscure your view we have protected the terrace wall with Safety glass, making it child safe, but without detracting from your view.

From the terrace you can also re-enter the house through the 2nd bedroom and once through that door you will be greeted by a wonderfully large double bedroom with high ceilings, polished floors, large built-in wardrobes with safe, a dressing area and luxurious ensuite.

Leaving this bedroom brings you back into the main dining room with the adjoining passageway leading to the master suite, guest toilet and utility room. To the right you will see the fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar.
Upon entering the master suite you will note the doors to your right leading out onto your own private terrace with mountain views and overlooking the cobble- stoned courtyard below. The bedroom is a wonderful room with huge space and high ceilings, a separate dressing room with extensive wardrobe space leads you into the master bathroom with his & her sinks and a beautifully tiled suite.

Rental Notes

A 25% non refundable deposit payable upon booking. The balance of payment is due 6 weeks prior to arrival together with a security deposit of €200. This deposit is refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Reduction available for bookings of over 2 weeks - please enquire for details.

Stays of less than 1 week and weekend rates are available - please for details.

Stays are usually from Saturday to Saturday, but we are flexible.

Cleaning before and after your arrival is included.

Usual arrival time is not before 3pm and departure time is by 10am. We always try to be flexible regarding arrival and departure times, however, at busier times this may not be possible.
