A pleasant 2 bed 2 bath house situated in a relaxing part of Spain. It has a spacious garden (courtyard) for entertaining friends and families. There is a parking area available in front of the house. It is a secured gated and alarmed resident community. It provides a spacious living and dining area and a separate kitchen with standard facilities. From the main bedroom balcony enjoy the sea views while relaxing. There is a gated communal swimming pool for children and adults within the urbanisation. The house is a short distance to many of the impressive coastal blue flag beaches. The surrounding area is packed with varied activities including fishing, go-karting, horse riding, golf and night life entertainment that will provide something for everyone. Sea life, safari, theme parks massage centre nearby in (San Pedro Del Pintar). A very popular mud bath by the beach known for its medical properties to ease joint aches and pains also in this town attracting holidaymakers all over Europe.
Communal swimming pool for all ages on site. Wide stretch of blue flag beaches. A choice of three golf courses within ten mins drive. There are local markets open everyday of the week within easy reach.Three major markets around playa flamenca on saturday (20min walk).Torrevieja on friday and Lamata on wednesday. Local supermarkets, clinic, hospital and tourist information. There are many places to visit and activities for all ages nearby such as salt lakes, natural parks (excellent for walking and cycling) boat excursions to local islands. Scuba diving and snorkelling. Fun fair, cinema, tenpin bowling, aqua parks, water sports, horse riding and go carting. Slightly further away is a theme park in Benidorm called Terra Mettica,a zoo called Terra natura and MundoMar sealife. Rio sefari in Santa Pola.Flamengo Aqua Park.
