Our apartment is a two-bed ground floor apartment, one double and one twin with a family bathroom with bath and shower. It is fully furnished to a high standard with a fitted kitchen and is air-conditioned throughout. There is free WIFI for your personal use. South West facing terrace and grassed garden overlooking the practice green / driving range and new clubhouse. Sierra Espuna mountains with spectacular views of the sunset. Communal swimming pool only 10 yards away and a childens play area a short distance away. There is tv with english channels together with a DVD player. A reserved car parking space in the block's own car park at the front marked '606'. The space is undercover and does not get direct sun.
The Al Kasar town centre is a 10 minute walk away where there is a local supermarket, Clover bar, ice cream parlour and 3 european bar / restaurants. The Condado Club is located near the tennis, paddle tennis and squash courts and provides a cafe bar and late night entertainment.
The apartment is situated within one of Spains largest golf resorts in southern Spain. This Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course has been specifically designed by Mr Nicklaus himself and provides a challenging links style course. Estimated prices for playing golf are as follows.
50 euros per person Mon - Sun before 3.00pm
30 euros per person Mon - Sun after 3.00pm (twilight hours)
15 euros for buggy.

It is advisable to hire a car as Alicante airport is an hour drive, San Javier a 40 minute drive and the new Corvera airport which is due to open towards the end of 2012 is only a 20 minute drive away.
Camposol is only a 10 minute drive towards Mazarron, which provides various shops, supermarket and restaurants. Hotel Sensol has a nice restaurant. Beautiful sandy beaches at Mazarron, Bolneuvo & Isla Plana are only a 20 minute drive away whilst Los Alcazares & La Manga on the Mar Menor is around a 40 minutes away. The nearest town is Alhama about a 15 minutes drive with a local culture of shops, bars and restaurants, whilst the larger cities of Murcia and Cartagena are within 40 minutes away. Rental Notes
Payment in full at least 6 weeks prior to booking date by bank transfer or cheque (allow for clearance). A non-returnable deposit of £50 per week or part week is required on acceptance of booking.
Bed linen (sheets only), towels, cleaning, meet & greet, checkout - 65 euros - payable on arrival to our key holders. For stays of 2 weeks or more, further costs may be incurred for change of linen.
Returnable security / damages deposit - £100 per week or part week payable with final payment.
Welcome food packs including bread, milk, coffee, tea, cheese, butter, water, beers, wine, ham available on request for around 25 euros.
Arrivals after 10pm will incur an additional 25 euro meet and greet fee to our keyholders
Balance to be paid - 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Refundable security deposit - 50GBP
