Private free tennis court, Immaculately kept gardens No high rise blocks on the development. Security gates with a guard from 4pm-7a.m. Staffed office from 10a.m to 2p.m. Mon - Sat. Centro Plaza with supermarket and shops 2 minutes walk away. The high class Saturday market is held just outside the gates. The recently refurbished Andalucia Plaza Hotel and Casino is just outside the lower gates. Some UK TV channels are provided by the Comunity and there is free wifi for youtube videos and general browsing. Exclusive Puerto Banus is 10 minutes stroll away or you can take the bus by Centro Plaza. There are many golf courses nearby and for shoppers the wonderful Corte Ingles store is just by Puerto Banus. This store which is one of the largest in Spain stands in in an area bursting with shops, restaurants, cinema and childrens play areas. Puerto Banus is 35-40 minutes drive from Malaga Airport west along the magnificent E7 motorway and Marbella is 7 Kms from the Garden Club. Take a trip also to the La Canada (pronounced can-ya-da) shopping complex rather like a Spanish Brent Cross only somehow more interesting in Spanish. The accomodation is a one bedroom twin bedded apartment at ground level with an en-suite bathroom and a separate shower room and toilet by the second sleeping area. The latter has a comfortable settee/put-u-up. The bed linen folds away in a cupboard during the day. Air conditioning unit for summer cooling and winter heating. New fitted kitchen. Washing machine microwave and dishwasher. Large screen TV with dvd player. The apartment is comfortable for 3 people but can sleep 4. The central location makes a car unnecessary if you wish.
