Villa Catalina is a luxury detached individual villa with 3 bedrooms on one level, sleeping up to 6 people, situated in Calpe, Northern Costa Blanca, Spain in a quiet residential area, south facing with nice views.
It has a private kidney-shaped pool and gated private gardens, near to beaches and all amenities. We have made our villa a real home from home and made sure that all the amenities you would expect are there. Ideal for families, children and the elderly.
Newly decorated, inside and outside, with a new dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
There is a UK satellite flat screen TV with HD and Freeview and a Blu-Ray DVD player in the villa. We have a large selection of DVDs and CDs for your use; please feel free to bring any of your own with you. Internet access is available with free wireless broadband.
It has a fully fitted modern American kitchen which is well equipped for self-catering with plenty of pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and glasses, microwave, electric oven, ceramic touch hob, fridge freezer, toaster, hand blender, cafetiere, sandwich maker, kettle, dishwasher etc. and a washing machine in the garage.
The large lounge/diner has two 2 seater sofas, coffee table plus smaller tables, is light and airy with a ceiling fan. The bookcase contains many books suitable for most tastes and has board games and playing cards.
There are three double bedrooms, all with ceiling fans,chests of drawers/bed side cabinets, mosquito and security blinds, large fitted wardrobe spaces; one double (full en-suite shower room) and two with twin beds, plus a family shower room.
There is an iron and ironing board in the villa as well as a hair dryer. All bed linen (with sheet & pillow protectors), bath mats, hand, bath and kitchen towels are provided. Electricity, water and cleaning are also included, although a separate charge is made for winter heating.
A sunny veranda benefits from all-day sunshine with 6 sunbeds and a covered terrace with table and chairs offers shade for alfresco dining.
The private gated gardens (ideal for children) have been beautifully planted and are regularly maintained. There is car parking for 7/8 cars on the secure drive.
For those looking to cool down there is a private professionally maintained kidney-shaped pool, with Roman steps, under water lights and an outside shower. There is also a further terrace with a stone BBQ and table set.
The main town of Calpe with its beautiful Blue Flag beaches and friendly bars and international restaurants is only a short distance away. There is a bus service running from nearby to Calpe and the beaches. There are several; bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.
We would love to welcome you to our holiday home in Calpe and, whether you enjoy partaking in sporting activities or relaxing in idyllic quiet surroundings, Villa Catalina is definitely the place for you, any children and the elderly.
Beach and pool toys for the children are provided.
A cot and high chair can be arranged and we provide a child's potty and toilet seat.
We are sorry but we do not accept any animals on any part of the villa.
We also do not accept single gender occupancy by adults and groups and mixed groups under the age of 30, as this is a family home, unless agreed beforehand.
The villa is only let for a maximum of 6 persons plus up to two babies in cots
This is a non-smoking villa and no smoking is allowed inside the villa. There are ashtrays for smoking outside.
If a tenant breaks any of the above conditions they will lose their security deposit.
