We are offering a unique apartment in Aldea Del Mar. It is located in mainland Spain in the elite tourist area of Torrevieja. Torrevieja is in an ideal, in terms of resting, place. This place is the heart of the Costa Blanca.
The lowest temperature in Torrevieja is at 9 + 7 degrees in the winter (at night), and the highest average 30 + 28 degrees in the summer. There is relatively low humidity of the coast (55 - 60%) and low wind speed (less than 10 meters per second). Those conditions give a comfortable feeling for the person throughout the year.
Torrevieja has one of the highest numbers of sunny days in a year (320 days). The rains are here only in the winter, no more than two consecutive days. 10 km to the north of the city is located Segura River delta, which is located in the valley of "garden of Spain." This valley is full supplies the whole of Spain and half of Europe citrus crops are also cultivated, and other crops.

Trasfer:
At your request, our representative will meet you at the airport of Alicante (60 km away), this service will cost 50 euros back to the airport - 40 Euro. We recommend You to visit the supermarket for groceries on the way from the airport to the apartment. Our representative will help you, both as an interpreter and in the choice of a variety of products. The cost of your transfer will increase by only 10 EUR.
Torrevieja:
One of the main attractions of Torrevieja - is the sea and beaches. The coastline of Torrevieja and in many suburbs - a bizarre alternate open to all the winds and waves, long sandy beaches and rocky cliffs, which hid a small, intimate sandy coves. Torrevieja is in the best place to stay and live. It is here that all the components of the environment are in balance, favorable to every visitor.
Seaside:
Loc locos beach is only 150 meters away with sandy seaside, many bars and restaurants, where You can spend your holidays with joy. Also You can enjoy a lovely walk with the view on seaside to the city centre (10-15mins). On Your way You will find many types of enetertainments, restaurantes, bars and clubs.
Torrevieja is famous for its stunning beaches stretching along the coastline on the South - the beach Náufragos, in the city center - beaches del Cura and Los Locos. And the longest beach of La Mata is located in the north. Blue EU flag flutters proudly over each them. A total of coastline stretches over 20 km. The structure of the coastline is that the sandy beaches alternate with rocky areas, ideal for diving. And their names are so funny: Playa Flamenca (Flamingo Beach), Playa del Cura (Priest Beach), Playa de los Locos (Crazy Beach), etc.
Salinas:
There is another natural attraction - salt lakes (Llacuna salada, Salinas de Torrevieja), around Torrevieja. They are very beautiful, one of them - Salinas de Torrevieja – it contains pink water and mud which have as much positive effect on health as the Dead Sea in Israel. The park with many species of birds, including flamingos, which can be observed at very close range, is situated closely.These lakes are not only an ornament of the city, reserve and source of salt for the whole of Europe, but also to mitigate climate.
What to do?
Torrevieja offers a unique selection of activities and entertainment for all ages. Leisure travelers may visit a museum, a conservatory, the Palace of Music, where often held concerts of Spanish and European stage, the Sports Palace, dune landscape park, water park, boulig centers. Torrevieja - one of the young, dynamic and fast-growing cities in the country. Thanks to its well-groomed, meticulously clean and well-designed layout of the city bears the stamp of respectability and honor. It is on the outskirts of Torrevieja is concentrated so-called "elite party": famous businessmen, politicians, pop stars, movie can be your neighbors.
And, of course, there is the famous Spanish habanera, festivals which are regularly on the streets of Torrevieja.
July 16 in Torrevieja celebrated day of the patron saint of sailors - the Virgin of Carmen, so it's being done all sorts of sea sports competitions. Day of the patron saint of the city - Virgin Concepcion - will be held from 1 to 17 December, and is accompanied by religious processions.
Speaking of Torrevieja, we must not forget the wonderful Mediterranean cuisine, which is served in the restaurants. Gastronomy Torrevieja is very varied. As in most coastal cities, an important part of the menu is seafood, fresh vegetables, rice, olive oil. A typical dish is "Caldero", forthcoming from several varieties of fish and rice, cooked in fish broth. Many bars, cafes and restaurants are located along the seafront and in the city, a visitor at any time will be offered excellent any type of red wine (including product alikantiyskih vineyards) and a refreshing sangria with ice and fruit. Not long time ago was opened in Torrevieja Water Park "Aquapolis" which works throughout the summer.
Torrevieja stretches for tens of kilometers along the coast. There are many fountains and gardens, flowers and oranges with lemons in houses. City shall very convenient - it is difficult to get lost.
