This beautiful, well-appointed apartment in the superb El Presidente complex has a large stylish lounge, Satellite TV with Sky Channels for the World Cup this year, DVD Player and CD Sound System. This room leads to the large terrace, which overlooks the Jacuzzi Swimming Pool. The terrace has lighting and dining facilities for those al-fresco evenings that is part of the relaxed life style on the Costa del Sol. There are sun-loungers on the terrace if you want to relax and sunbathe in private. The spacious and beautifully furnished master bedroom with king size bed has a Juliet Balcony that overlooks the pool which is illuminated at night and has an en-suite fully fitted bathroom with shower. There are two other charming yet different themed bedrooms. One, called the Red Room, leads to the main terrace overlooking the pool and the other, the Silver Room, has its own Juliet balcony overlooking the ornamental pond and fountain. Both have twin beds and share a fully fitted bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have large built in wardrobes with full-length mirrors. The apartment has a large fully fitted kitchen/diner, but with so many reasonably priced, good quality restaurants within walking distance who wants to waste time cooking!
El Presidente is one of the best complexes on the coast and by exploring the safe private footpaths that meander through the tranquil mature sub-tropical gardens waterways and fountains you will come across the 5 secluded swimming pools, one of which is heated. All have sun beds for the use of our guests. The complex has tennis courts that are free for our guests and 24 hour security guards. The beach is just a stroll away down a leafy lane and has its own 'chiringuitos' or beach-bar/restaurants. You will also find a quiet children's play area there too.

Just a few minutes drive from El Presidente you can enjoy the famous "Golden Mile" where luxury yachts are moored at the Puerto Banus Marina. The rich and famous mingle with ordinary families who just enjoy a stroll with their children or relax at a favourite bar to enjoy the view of some of the most spectacular yachts moored quayside.
The Costa del Sol Region:
Typical Spanish white villages such as Ronda, Casares, Mijas and Istan are within a short drive from El Presidente through some of the most spectacular, breathtaking mountain scenery you can find. The pretty village of Benahavis, which has some of the best restaurants on the Costa del Sol, is just 15 mins away by car. On your way there you will pass through a delightful gorge, woodland and mountain streams. There are around 30 golf courses in the surrounding area; all are of a very good standard. The long hours of sunshine that the Costa del Sol receives has established the region as firm favourite for holiday-makers and golf enthusiasts. Of particular interest for families is one of Europe’s largest Animal Reserves, Selwo, just a few minutes drive away. Here you can enjoy a full day of African adventure for adults and children by either walking or taking a tour in a four-wheel drive vehicle. Also nearby are aqua parks, sea-life centres, boat trips, water sports, cable car rides and markets – the market at Puerto Banus Bullring every Saturday, just a few minutes away from El Presidente is a must. With over three hundred days of sunshine each year the Costa del Sol benefits from exceptionally good Mediterranean weather, with average summer temperatures exceeding 25 degrees and winter temperatures of 17 degrees. The coastline, full of natural splendour, and its various 'blue flag' beaches range from huge expanses of golden sand to hidden coves with secluded beaches. The majority of the beaches feature small open-air bars & restaurants called 'chiringuitos' where you can find a selection of fresh fish and is usually good value. Andalusia is so remarkable that you can even enjoy Skiing in the Sierra Nevada mountain range near Granada in winter months while sunbathing is possible on the coast!
