Our privately owned villa with heated pool is perfectly located for all amenities and the beautiful sandy beaches of Costa Teguise.
Our villa has 3 bedrooms, two with twin beds the other being a double room. The property has two bathrooms the first has bath and shower the second a large walk in shower. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, toaster and fridge freezer. Hairdrying and ironing equipment are also provided. The lounge is light and airy with antique pine dining facilities and 3 piece suite. For your entertainment and relaxation you will find T.V, DVD video and CD midi system.
Outside the property has a 6x3m heated pool, sun loungers, BBQ and patio furniture.
All amenities including beach, restaurants, bars and shops are within 5 minutes walking distance. For those more energetic holiday makers the golf course and waterpark can be reached within ten minutes.

Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.
If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, golf courses and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.
