Staying at our villa you will enjoy the luxury and space of 'your own home' with pool at a special location.
You will have a fully fitted kichen with all the usual appliances you would expect. There is a TV in lounge, as well as DVD & music centre. TV's in each bedroom. The light & airy lounge has comfortable 3 seater settee (which converts to a bed, but we don't think anyone should have to sleep on a sofa on their hols.!, therefore villa sleeps 6 comfortably - in the bedrooms!- 1 queen size (with ensuite), 1 double & a twin bedded). As well as the 3 seater settee in the lounge there is also a 2 seater settee, coffee table and dining table that seats 6 and a breakfast bar in the kitchen area.
Decoration has, we like to think a 'holiday feel', pictures and furnishings bright and welcoming. Pool is fully screened and also has private netting for when you are lounging next to pool (with heater if required).
We, as a family, visit as much as possible to ensure everything is as we (& you) would want it to be, even though we have brilliant 'home managers' a couple of people who are really an asset to us, as they keep a close eye on things to ensure everthing is up to expected standard. Enjoy staying here from a little as £8.33 each per night when 6 sharing, much cheaper & exceptional value compared with staying in a hotel room.
Also its important to mention that all the attractions are within easy drive. Beaches on the Atlantic coast along with Kennedy Space Centre are only about an hour away. Busch Gardens and the Gulf Coast resorts can be reached in less than 90 minues. Any golfers wishing to stay here are bound to be impressed with Southern Dunes and we can all enjoy the 19th hole, children are also welcome - try the food at Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, its great and has reasonable prices. During the day, for a break from the hard work of sunbathing, its lovely to be able to have a leisurely 10 minute walk for drink & a meal, how many villa locations can boast that. The clubhouse is welcoming - do give it a try, its nice having your meal overlooking the practice area - remember you don't have to be a golfer to appreciate it!
