This is a 3-story house situated in a new, friendly (mostly Brits!) block just 10 minutes walk from the beach.
The village is a costal suburb of the local town, Pilar de la Horadada, situated at the southernmost end of the Costa Blanca. This means it is also close to the warm inland sea of the Mar Menor in Murcia.
It is just off the Motorway and coastal road that link it to the airports (Alicante - 45 mins, Murcia 10 mins)and all the local golf courses. The resort has a number of beach coves and is part of the massive Orihuela Coast with some of the best beaches in Spain. Thus it combines the atmosphere of a convivial seaside town with being directly connected to all the local sporting amenities, facilities, restaurants, nightlife etc.
In summer it becomes a really popular Spanish holiday resort, with peole coming from as far as Madrid to enjoy its unique atmosphere.
The house sleeps 8 with 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed. We have British satellite TV (inc. Sky Movies & Sport). There is a cot and a high chair for the little ones and even a wheelchair!
There is an excellent kitchen, a bathroom and shower room and even a shower outdoors in the rear courtyard that leads to the pool.
Upstairs there are two sun terraces and the master bedroom has a balcony (and a safe!)
