Melrose Villa is our privately owned luxurious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 'Aruba' style villa, built in 2004, with a private screened pool. It is located on the exclusive gated Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, facing the second fairway. The villa is fully managed by a long established management company, who will ensure the villa is clean and ready for you when you arrive and your stay is as worry free as possible.
The villa is suitable for families and we provide a cot/crib, buggy, bottle steriliser and highchair free to our guests with young children.
It is also ideal for discerning golfers who can take advantage of the excellent facilities.
The Villa comfortably sleeps 6-8 adults, is fully furnished boasting Queen beds in two bedrooms (one en-suite with walk-in closet), air-conditioning, cable TV, DVD player and telephone. The fully fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge / freezer, large microwave oven, electric oven, range, breakfast bar and separate laundry facilities. The villa layout is open plan, spread over 1100 sq. ft. and should it be required, the main sofa opens into a sofa-bed sleeping two.
Relax in the private screened pool, without being overlooked - the perfect way to unwind after a day at the attractions or a round of golf! The pool has a shallow end for the less confident swimmer (which can be entered via steps). The deep end has a blue pool light to add atmosphere to evenings spent relaxing on the comfortable pool furniture. The dining area looks out over the pool through the patio doors so meals can be enjoyed in a relaxing setting.
